Driving lights upgrade and headlight hid upgrade question
 

My 03 drl's are foggy. I tried to clean them with one of those headlight cleaning kit's but it didn't help much. It looks like it's foggy inside the light. I also found the higher end halo's for around $119 that mount in the original drl light? I think? I'm also thinking about a hid kit for the headlights. I have been using the silver stars since I bought my truck but think It might be time for more light. Is there any *bay hid kits that are good for a low price?
