Is there a quick/easy way to know if I have satellite radio?

2007 H3. Another newbie question. Just wondering if there's a quick/easy way to tell if I have satellite radio installed? Thanks for any detailed answers / help.

scroll through all your bands on the radio. If xm equipped the xm band will display on the radio

Thanks for all the reply Humtech. I do not have satellite radio. Taking a long trip in the near future and undecided between getting the satellite radio or just playing cd's when I can't find a good radio station.
