07 H2 supercharger options

Why doesn't magnacharger show a listing for my 07 H2 SUV. And what is the difference between magnuson and magnacharger superchargers. And what one is better

Yea and vortec does as well I had those kind of supercharger on my last truck power always seemed to come on at higher rpm. Were I heard the twin screw like the megnacharger power comes on sooner and more torque. Since I do a lot of towing I would prefer that
