high pitched whining noise when accelerating
 

hey everyone, one of our H2's (2004) used to make a high pitched whining noise when you would accelerate. It sounds like its coming from the passenger side tweeter speaker area. I've replaced the door speakers and ironically it stopped doing it for several months. Now it's back again. The noise is constant but it gets louder when you accelerate, any ideas?
