:iagree:
That's what I was thinking... Do they make an exhaust that would make it quieter than stock??? If they did, would anyone buy it??? :lame:

2.5" after the cat I believe.

Re: exhaust help

The rumble at idle is Kool sounding ,but the Droneing at 60mph and up when cruzeing is anoying . Corsa, Magnaflow, and some others make a few more HP and a nice burble and no drone . It's all in what you want and will pay for .:raar:
If you want power and maximum flow with a nice mellow rumble and No drone get a Magnaflow ,if you want loud with a drone get a maremount vortex cherry bomb .

Re: exhaust help

thats simply because a flowmaster is a baffled muffler, and it would very hard to get a baffled muffler to flow as good as a flow through like magnaflow, and your not going to get no drone from a muffler that makes the truck loud. maybe one like a flowmaster 40 that makes it a littler bit louder but one such as a glasspack you are still going to have a drone.
