with new crossmember will my skidplate fit ?

I read up thru search and im confused,
Im replacing crossmember ,will the skidplate I have on the 06 fit or is it just the UPC(I dont have UPC)that wont fit.
I nead to know it I should buy the new skidplate.

Anyone know for sure,Im going to order parts tomorrow(mon)
