I bought this DOT approved low beam HID kit from Sylvania in anticipation of getting an H2 a while ago, but the deal fell through, and I've had this kit ever since. Never been opened, includes all documentation. Paid, almost $700 new, I'll take $300 shipped. Paypal accepted at the email address listed below.
