Rear/Passenger side perimeter light. Help!!!

I have noticed lately that my rear/ passenger side light (red) goes out for a couple days or more, then it comes back on for a day or two and goes out.

I have looked at it and the connections seem fine. I think it is a LED circuit board. Any ideas.

I have the same issue. Hope somebody can help. Mine goes out when I turn on the turn signal.
