I prefer hairless cats. Think about it for a moment. A hairless cat doesn't shed so you don't get hair in your mouth and on your face when you're trying to eat.

With a hairless cat you have less of a chance to get sick because you can see everything. There's no place for disease to hide, no lice or fleas, or crabs.

If the poor little kitty has a sore, you know not to pet it and you can take it to the doctor right away. Get the medicine, fix the kitty up and then you can play with it again.

A hairless kitty is less maintainence, just wash and go. Just imagine having a Persian kitty and all the work that it would take to keep the fur looking good. And if you nuzzle with it you know all that fur is going to make you sneeze, scarring the little kitty away.

I think everyone deserves a hairless kitty. If you have a kitty and it's not a hairless breed, I say, "Go shave that thing."

I like my kitty with a small "tuft" of hair near the top. This gives one a place to scratch ones nose while showing affection toward ones kitty.

Being the owner two long haired cats, I am an expert on the subject.

The answer is: HAIRLESS

Careful, that could be a dangerous situation.

Gotta agree with James on this one.

I thought that was only legal in Utah!

I prefer being affectionate with hairless kitties over the haired varieties, although kitties that have been properly groomed are fun to be affectionate with too!

As long as the kitty has been properly bathed and cared for, I will pretty much accept any kitty in my home. Visits to the vet are mandatory, god forbit the kitty has an odor of being a neighborhood bitch.
Just pet the kitty right, and it'll return the loving. Don't get the kitty upset though, cause it can get fairly flustered, and move on for a better tom cat!

You guys crack me up!

I'm just waiting for someone to chime in with a "getting the kitty wet" comment.

Why, oh, why would you want a wet pussy cat?

KenP 01-31-2006 05:37 PM

Wet kitties do some crazy things.

Ipedog 01-31-2006 05:39 PM

Have you ever noticed that wet kitties tend to purr more!

Kid Shyleen 01-31-2006 05:45 PM

I find southern kittys are the wettest, and the hungriest...oh, and the loudest!

RIC-H0 01-31-2006 05:46 PM

Most of the kitties I play with are wet! It just kinda happens!!??
I guess they like me!
I have alot more fun with my wet kitties, they purr better, and smile alot more!
I don't have a preference on my kittys' fur color either. FYI
Just well groomed is all I ask for!

Dang HI, you had to go and turn this topic into a "Lezbo Kitties" topic

CO Hummer 01-31-2006 06:11 PM

Ken,
Maybe you could post a picture of your cat.
