I have a built up 2005 h2 SUT. 4.88 gears, lockers front and rear, 38 inch km2's, fabtech lift, rancho rsx shocks.

Where'd you find 38" KM2?

EDIT: OHHH...38x14.5s? Did you have them before the lift? If so, did you get any rub at full lock? I've got an 05 SUV with Cognito UCAs and Truxxx torsion keys running 37x12.5 KM2s...no rub, but I've wondered about going wider.
