Gas Gauge Light Out
Gas gauge light just went out on my 2005 SUT. What's the fix?
And, yes, I searched... |
Re: Gas Gauge Light Out
Remove instrument panel and replace bulb. Might need to solder the bulb. Message member LoJack963, he just did his entire H2 with LED's.

^the man is correct!
The process is pretty simple but time consuming. I'll give you a quick rundown. There are also youtube vids you can look at if you need more help. Basically pull out the cluster Open the cluster, remove the needles (after you mark their position), and gauge face Then you'll see all the bulbs, you just desolder the burned out bulb base, insert a new bulb into the base and resolder the bulb and base back onto the circuit board. LED's are a little different story...... |
Re: Gas Gauge Light Out
