Someone, who will go unnammed, keeps "borrowing" MY truck! This unnamed person likes XM and heated seats. Our other truck doesn't have those ammenities. Should I reto fit those options into the Dodge P/U, or just get this person something else to drive?

The unnamed person would like a used Lexus SUV. They have heated seats, right?

I really need mah brotha's and sista's elp wit dis one. PLEASE! NOW!!

Call the cops on her. On-star should locate her right away. She doesn't know how to disable it does she?

HIHUMMER 12-19-2005 04:00 PM

Do whatever makes her happy b/c I'm sure she has ways to make you pay if you don't.

Klaus 12-19-2005 04:02 PM

Buy another Hummer. That is the only way to be sure you have a Hummer waiting on you in the driveway.

She will not be happy with the Lexus, and you will be stuck driving it!

Buy her a XM radio and one of these for the pickup.

timgco 12-19-2005 04:23 PM

WOW- Ken, I 'm sooooooo sorry!

Is the Lexus due to size? If so, H3!

Lux/ adv. w/ XM and heated seats can be bought for a couple of grand more than the used lexus.

plus it has a HUGE sunroof VS the Lexus. We know how she likes the sunshine!
WARRANTY! on the H3.

Lexus Used SUV Prices

34K to 37K OTD for a new H3.

On a 1 to 10 scale of nostril flare fun factor...
H3!

ROX 12-19-2005 04:30 PM

Ken! Buy yourself a new Hummer!

dochummer 12-19-2005 04:47 PM

Yeah, buy another hummer! by yourself an H1!

DennisAJC 12-19-2005 04:51 PM

I'll call customs on the return flight.

Gee, Ken, I could have helped you out with a LX470 until 2 weeks ago! My husband got my "hand-me-down" when I got my first H2 in December... and finally decided to sell it! (And, yes, they do have heated seats!)

You best get the "unnamed person" one of her own!

MUH_HUM 12-19-2005 09:15 PM

Tell her you love her and will do anything to make her happy. Go buy her one. Then thank your lucky stars she's putting up with a sack of shiat like you.

It's what I do.

4churchill 12-19-2005 09:21 PM

Ken

I say go with another H3, the only Lexus I would look at is the GX470...the LX is soft in the market, and the RX is junk. But the GX still doesn't have anything on HUMMER

Orbital H2 12-19-2005 09:57 PM

Ken
think about the following, then go buy your self a new hummer, if you change out wife, you will loose the Hummer also.

<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content"> A husband had just finished reading the book, 'MAN OF THE HOUSE'.

He stormed into the kitchen and walked directly up to his wife, pointing a
finger in her face, he said, "From now on, I want you to know that I am the
man of this house, and my word is law! I want you to prepare me a gourmet
meal tonight, and when I'm finished eating my meal, I expect a sumptuous
dessert afterward. Then, after dinner, you are going to draw me my bath so I
can relax. And when I'm finished with my bath, guess who's going to dress me
and comb my hair?"

His wife replied, "The freaking funeral director would be my guess."

Definitely get her an H3. If she loved the H2 for the height, you could always put a lift on the H3 as well. If she is leaning toward something like a used RX, I would have to recommend the Acura MDX. IMO they are nicer than the RX. I have put a number of miles on a couple of MDXs and they are great. Don't know about around you but the RXs are a dime a dozen around here.
