H2 battery Help - Measurements?

I want to install an XS-Power D3100 Battery in my hummer since I will be adding audio. I have already installed a 300 amp DC-Power Alternator and have a yellow top optima battery as of now.

Will the XS Power D3100 battery fit?
Measurements are: Lenght 13" x Width 7" x Height 9"

(Or will I have to do some customizing?)
