Front Wheels Locked-Up Rear Right Tire Spins

As anyone seen an H2 with the front wheels locked up and not willing to spin while the rear right wheel spins? I'm thinking it might have to the transfer case or front differential. Wondering if others have seen this? The truck as 192k miles on it.
