We understand that disarmament talks are eminent and that the mass peepocide will cease. One can only speculate as to the outcome of these talks, but the world will be watching.

Did my enemy agree to these peace talks?

Due to the current war we find ourselves in I will be unable to attend the convention as I am needed here but I would like to appoint KenP as my spokesman.

Regardless of the outcome of these talks CO Hummer's military will be all but destroyed for his unforgiveable slaughter of my innocent peeps.
