My long haired dachshund (named Bondo) typically will put his front paws on the door armrests to look outside.

Today, I went to pick my girls up from a party and when I got back to the truck, the little **** hit the lock button.

It wouldn't have been so embarrasing if 20 people weren't standing outside telling me why don't I call Onstar (haven't switched my name as the owner yet)

I even got a piece of cheese and tried to bribe him closer to the corner of the door...lol.

That is all.

Take the little hotdog to the Humane Society. DO NOW!!!

H3OwnerDiz 10-30-2005 11:01 PM

You can't leave us hanging like that! How did ya get into the truck?

DRTYFN 10-30-2005 11:11 PM

Call OnStar.

Fortunately there was a construction site next door. I walked over there, found a HUGE brick. I figured since the rear passenger door window was used the least, it would cost the least to replace it...

So, I broke the window...

However, since I put the lift on the truck, I was too short to reach the rear window and crawl inside so I had to call a locksmith.

That happened on American Choppers too. Gus locked himself in Paul's H2.

OrangeCrush 10-30-2005 11:46 PM

Come on ya'll.

First, I ain't that stupid.

Second, my bodyshop has 3-4 "break-in" kits

Thirdly, well, there ain't no thirdly...

Seriously though, since we were at my buddy's house, I borrowed his truck and went and got a spare set. (normally I keep a hideakey but since I've only owned the truck for a few weeks, I haven't done so yet)

You think I'd really break a window just to get in?

Yea we have seen some pretty stupid people around here. Good to hear you're not one of them.

So Bondo (like the car stuff?) likes cheese huh? Weeeeeeeird.

Sorry about everything....guess you will be cracking the windows and taking the keys when you run in somewhere.

oma 10-31-2005 12:42 AM

I would have broken the window to get a wiener dog out!

H2chief 10-31-2005 12:44 AM

Put a shock collar on little dude for when he gets close to the arm rest.

Yup, like the car stuff. Remember, I own a bodyshop.. name seemed appropiate at the time.

Definitely likes cheese. You can get him to do about anything. (except unlock the damn door)

And yes, I'll be hiding a key somewhere...
