I keep getting error messages that my pictures are too big. How do you make the file smaller? I have tried different things and been unsuccesful.

Need more information. Chances are these are .bmp files. YOu can open them in mspaint and resave them as a .jpg file which is CONSIDERABLY smaller. You can also use mspaint to adjust the actual size of the image. Hope this helps some.
