I was wondering if anyone has purchased from the online company HummerPartsOnline.Com owned by Flow Hummer of Winston Salem, NC?

I placed an order with them last week (4/24). When placing the order, none of the parts were indicated as back ordered or special order items. When I received my online order confirmation, they had incorrectly billed me for two of the items (I ordered only one), they indicated that three of the items were on special order, and the entire order would be delayed. Further, they will not allow me to cancel the order and have refused to tell me when to expect the shipment.

I have turned the site and dealership in to the NC Attorney General's Office. You might want to avoid this dealer until they get their act together and provide fair notice of parts availability prior to a customer submitting an order.

When I bought a bunch of stuff I looked at Hummerpartsonline because they had good prices but when I found out that they refuse to talk to anyone on the phone and require contact by email only things just didn't feel right.

I called Lynch Hummer and they matched the prices and the service and delivery time was impeccable.
