What does "and there off" mean?

as in "and they're off"
as in off to the races.

If you do a search for "locking gas cap" you will find at least 5 threads concerning that same issue, two of them are actually quite lengthly.

I did a search on this and the model numbers seemed to be for 2003/2004 model years. So I though I would just give out some FYI for what Stant has for 2005 H2.
