i know i have heard about leveling the truck by turning the torsion bolts but i asked my hummer service maneger about doing it and he said he wouldnt do it because he doesnt want to be responsable for altering the factory settings, and also said it would put more wear on other suspension parts.i would really like to level it,is there another way to do it without stressing out other suspention parts? i have seen leveling kits on ebay but am not very knowledgeable about this type of thing.would appreciate some good ideas from my hummer brothers and sisters thank

You can get the keys for a about $150 that will raise the front end, but cranking the bolt a few turns should not cause any major front end problems.
Biggest problem I have heard is if you have a sunroof, due to the raise, you may get a buffetting sound in the car if the sunroof is open and the windows are closed.
