It's raining here (imagine that), so the lighting is poor on these pics. I'll post more later.

I'm curious to see how the paint holds up.

ROX 11-28-2005 10:09 PM

Yep, its black. Let me guess, your wardrobe is black and pewter too?
We're going to find your chrome gene, and enable it.

Sorry, but I don't suffer from that genetic defect.

Should have painted them pewter

RiverRacerX 11-28-2005 10:28 PM

Now punch out that H2 emboss and put a turn signal in there and you are set!

kacyk 11-28-2005 10:44 PM

DRTY,

You buy those or was it a warranty deal?

Yes, they were. Extended warranties are worth every penny.

DDWH 11-28-2005 10:58 PM

DRTY, those look perfect now!

4churchill 11-28-2005 11:42 PM

LOOKS AWSOME.....if i wasn't so damn bad with technical things I would actually try that myself

RiverRacerX 11-29-2005 12:02 AM

I want them to look like this:

</div></BLOCKQUOTE>Now that's a great idea. I wonder if there are any aftermarket companies doing that. GM should have done that.

HGW 11-29-2005 02:17 AM

GM should not have made such an ugly mirror in the first place for a great machine like the Hummer.

ROX 11-29-2005 02:34 AM

Can you get a Wash rag in between the mirror and the door? It looks pretty close.

KenP 11-29-2005 04:13 AM

I want to see "before" pics of the mirrors on your rig.

I looked in my phone, but apparently the thought of "gotta get a picture" and the act of "taking the picture" never made it to reality. Should have got his chrome in the foreground and him splitting my firewood in the background.

Looks very good D. Did you use vinyl dye or regular spray paint?
