So after spinning my wheels on one "hill" and crossing over and having to be pulled up, my air bag light is staying on. Is that bad ?
My sensei said that that happens all the time when you rough up a vehicle off-road (not necessary H3 but in general) and it will turn itself off. True? Thanks. (It's been 24 hours)

I highly suggest a trip to the dealer. The air bag light should not be on unless there is a problem with the system.

Ok.
Thanks.

Just went to the dealer today for the same thing. Come to find out, I had a handheld scanner in the back seat that slid forward and bumped a connector under the front seat. They fixed, told me to make sure stuff doesn't get bounced around under the front seat and have a nice day. Can't say I care for a connector that comes loose when it gets bumped, but that's what happened for me.

That does sound strange. I have never seen an SIR connector that did not have a connector lock (GM calls them a connector position assurance (CPA) device) designed into it, to prevent it from coming lose.

Went to the local dealer. (After 4 hours ) They told me it was the "rollover sensor module" (or some similar sounding doohickey) and that it is on "backorder" ?!? WTF... Does that mean it is failing all over the country? As Obi wan always said... " I have a bad feeling about this"

Doesn't necessarily mean they are all failing, it could mean other things too, such as parts are limited due to production capabilities, or the service parts engineer did not see fit to order enough for service.

Ok, thanks. I'm calm now...

Still waiting...
(I like living dangerously at times, but my kids could use an airbag or two in case...)
