ALSO IS THE AMP TO THESE H3 SYSTEMS BUILT INTO THE HEAD UNITS OR IS IT MOUNTED SOMEWHERE IN THE TRUCK? WHERE IS IT MOUNTED?

WHAT WATTAGE IS THE SINGLE DISC BASE SYSTEM? WHAT WATTAGE IS THE MONSOON SYSTEM?

IF I WERE TO PULL THE DASH PANEL OFF ----AND HOW IS THIS DONE?---- IS IT JUST PLUG AND PLAY?

I have seen a few for sale on ebay.

From what I understand, the factory stereo is programmed to the VIN number for (security reasons) of the vehicle and not interchangeable. You have to get a dealer or someone with tech type two programmer to do the job.

Before you can get the dealer to do, you must be able to prove that the unit is not stolen and I don't know what proof is accepted.

I got this information strait from the dealer while asking about purchasing a six disk unit from GM.

I decided not to risk it and installed an after market that plays MP3's.

I am installing a new headunit for my H3, just waiting on the XM tuner in the mail. I have a 6 disc changer that I will sell you, let me know if you are interested.

UNOMYFLO, these are all OEM parts I got from the dealer parts department.

The cargo cover was $75.00 and the three peice rubber mats were $99.00.

How has the install gone for the OEM stereo you got from ebay gone?
