So the AVS won last night and I was **** faced ...after the game I had my cousin drive my up Hidden Valley Ranch Road in my Jeep so I could get the dogs out...

Mind you it was dark as hell and my off-road lights were not working so I couldn't see all that great...but I met up with a guy driving a new FJ Cruiser.

To make what could be a very long story short, those things are seriously no joke...I am guessing that with a little lift and bigger meat they are gonna be bad ass crawlers...IMO

I looked at them today ... they look a lot better in person than in the pictures I have seen, I don't like some off the styling "queues" like the weird mirrors and the round tail lights ... the interior is nice except there is no room at all for rear passengers and it looks as even children wouldn't have much leg room, I also don't care for the "suicide" rear door for access to the rear seat. I owned Toyota 4x4's for many years but I don't think I would ever buy another. oh... BTW the original FJ40's where bad a$$.. A friend of mine had one back in the "80's" with a small block and 35's, that thing would go anywhere.

I think they're ugly.
