Thanks to everyone's help, I finally made the big purchase tonight. I used the GMID (actually, have a cousin who works for GM) on a Black H3 with Lux package. I already picked up the black Hummer letters for the grill and the stainless steel HUMMER inserts for the bumper. I have to call the dealer tomorrow regarding the delivery date. I have to decide on options -- thinking about aluminum crossbow roof racks and the chrome gas cap. Anyone know what I should expect to pay? Also considering the chrome hood handles.

I can't wait. I will post pictures for sure.

I run a forum and always scepticle of first posters offers products/services. Anyway, I'm very pleased with the deal. The dealer said I saved $2k and that no on gets that deal unless they have GMID. No hassles. Entered the number and that's the price. No added fees (outside of std DMV,etc). It's was my first new car purchase. I'll be upgrading from a Ford Escape to the HUMMER.

Congrats! Just bought one for my wife last night. We got $2,784 discount simply by negotiating on-line. No GMID.

I think the aluminum crossbows are around $500.00 and the chrome gas cap is about $150. You can put both on your self.

I don't think the handles are sold by Hummer so you would have to get somewhere else for around %150.00 +.

They wanted $1650 for all three. $598 for the gas cap alone and $1050 for gas cap/hood handles.
