I love ya, Tim! Not in the way you love Kira, but I love ya. You got to know me pretty well in our brief time together in Moab.

I had the bezels shipped to my body shop. Since they already had all the hardware removed from the doors, they agreed to swap them for the black ones FOR FREE! Okay I admit it. Then, they discovered that there was a good deal of work changing over the locks, springs and handles. I had no idea because I had the vendor send the bezels directly to the body shop. I never saw the installation instructions. Once they told me, I insisted on paying for the extra work, but the body shop manager is a buddy of mine and absolutely refused, despite my repeated protestations. We agreed that I would make up the difference in lift tickets and Dirty Martinis.

Seriously, the winch bumper is one part I would actually prefer in black. And I am hoping DRTY will cut me a good deal (like other vendors & manufacturers have) in exchange for promotion at all the venues where I volunteer emergency medical services (Olympics, NORBA races, bike road races, Ultramarathons, etc.; not to mention all the western states Ski Patrol stuff.).

So yes, I am Jewish and yes I am always hoping to, at least, beat retail, but only in an honest exchange.
