Well I was on my way to work yesterday....I was driving down a 2 lane road in the right lane passing a bunch of cars backed up in the left turning lane when I felt a thump. I looked in my rearveiw and saw a car that tried to pull out. I knew they hit my rear. Luckily all she hit was my rear tire....made a scuff and left a black mark on the corner of her bumper. I got lucky.....I had a restored 69 impala I owned that some one ran into with a bike on my second day of ownership....put a scratch three feet long down the side....it was all downhill from their. I hope this is not a precursor of things to come.

Are you sure she wasn't already there, and you ran over her? It is a pretty big vehicle...

PhillyPhreak,

When I used to own my 2003 I ran into a 2003 Explorer sportract, and I caused $2500 in damage to it. but only bend it my brushguard ($80 to fixed it)

We are lucky to have such safe trucks. That could have been ugly.

Bummer but good you drive an H2! Always gives me a sense of security.

This was EXACTLY the point I made to my beautiful wife yesterday on the drive back from Vegas. 3 accidents at 10pm, and it was nice clear weather!! Said she'll wait till she can see H3 in person (though I don't know if H3 has same "beefiness" as the H2?).

Hey Finally, If that beautiful wife of yours settled for your "beefiness", the H3 will be just fine for her.
