Does anyone have an email address for customer DISservice at Hummer Corporation? Want to complain about paint quality. Any help would be appreciated.

Brian

Have you tried the "Contact Us" at http://www.hummer.com/ ?
You may also want to speak to your service manager. Start getting things in writing and get his supervisor's number. Keep complaining up the ladder.

If you think the H2 paint is bad, you should look at an H1 paint job up close.

How is this happening? Or when is this happening? Don't use a power sprayer or sand paper to wash it. Please explain because the only paint complaints seem to come from the lack of depth issues.

Did you try the number in the owners manual?
I always try to talk to someone,Emails never
get the job done!

I called the number in the manual two Saturdays ago (Feb 19) asking about a leak issue. I was given a reference number and used that when I called again last Wednesday to follow up with them after discovering the source of the leak. I had it into the dealer Monday through Wednesday and they said they couldn’t find it. The guy I spoke with the first time from HUMMER Consumer Relations, Rodney, called me back last Saturday (two days ago) to ask if I had it fixed yet and said he was going to call the dealer to recommend pad replacement and carpet cleaning under warranty. Personally, I thought this was excellent service. I was impressed that he actually called me back to follow up and to tell me he was going to call the dealer. I’m taking it back to the dealer this Wednesday to fix the leak and have it cleaned up.
