Anybody know how easy/difficult it would be to have a custom lift kit made? Im thinking in the range of 3-5 inches. Any idea of what the ballpark cost figure would be for something like this?

Why not just go with the Rancho it is 4" I doubt you will find someone to build a custom one cheaper.Then have the custom shop build you some undercarrage protection that will work with the lift.
