Is there any need for the magentic side protection in Moab? Any brush?

CO Hummer 03-13-2006 07:39 PM

No need at all, unless you are going to run Kane Creek or a similar canyon bottom river trail. I can't think of any besides Kane.

Most every trail is wide open.

Not unless you don't ride your brakes like tower did and popped up a ledge and into a juniper tree. I've got that one on tape.

If this happens, the side protection won't help you. The only thing that can save you is to say "Alp.....ahm bobbing".

Actually Tah2oe,
You might think about installing some bumper pee guards. They will get a lot of use.

I suppose it is nice having a truck with peeing on for once.

New truck break-in requires a full pee job - INSIDE and OUT. Do you have Onstar?

<TD class=cutline>Being stupid can have consequences, as Illiana Hummer Club member Roberto Rios of Crete found out after running aground and getting wedged against a tree on Friday while trying to follow more experienced Hummer owners through the Badlands Off-Road Park in Attica, Ind. The group was at the park to search for trails and clear paths in preparation for the Hummer Club's national event in May.</TD></TR></table>
