Longer warranty, I believe. . . 48/50, I think. </div></BLOCKQUOTE> Detroit, Mich. - GM's HUMMER brand announced today that it is enhancing the warranty on all of its 2006 model year vehicles to a four years or 50,000 miles. HUMMER products previously were covered by GM's standard three-year/36,000-mile warranty plan. The move to a four-year/50,000-mile plan is consistent with that of many of the industry's top premium brands, including Cadillac. "Enhancing our warranty is another way that HUMMER dealers can provide a premium experience to consumers," said Susan Docherty, HUMMER general manager. "This move is part of our overall plan that includes a new network of U.S. dealership facilities and a rapidly growing product lineup to take HUMMER to the next level." The 2006 H1 Alpha, which is in dealerships now, is the first vehicle featuring HUMMER's enhanced warranty. The H2 moves to the 2006 model year in late summer of 2005. The all-new 2006 H3, an authentic HUMMER in a midsize SUV package, enters the market in late spring of 2005. |
Will the SUT still be offered in 2006?
Bi-Xenon Headlights will probably be an option.

So a year has 12 months, 4X12=48, so that would be 48months/50,000 miles, same thing. |

Yeah, I'm real interested in seeing if they fixed the ice problem on the windshield. Larger blower motor purhaps?
Are they really only making the sut for one year?
I think it would have been nice if they offered the 8100 as an optional engine in the sut for towing purposes.
