This is just a "heads up" post. I purchased an UltraFilter (The oil filter that's supposed to last forever) through Proficient Performance about a month ago. But when I tried to install it, it wouldn't fit because they had sent me the wrong filter. I tried for over a week to get in touch with the company with no luck. Their website email links returned "unable to deliver" and Proficient told me that they were getting no feed back when they tried to contact the owner.
After a few weeks Proficient was able to contact UltraFilter. Proficient Performance has been helpful in trying to get my problem corrected and were told by UltraFilter that they had or had tried to contact me (that's a lie, I got no e-mails or calls)
I tried to stop payment since I used PayPal but PayPal said it didn't meet their requirements(?!) Since Proficient Performance is listed as one of the few authorized dealers and they have trouble themselves with UltraFilter I wouldn't recomend buying anything from this company.

That's a great heads up. Thanks for the warning and I'm glad to hear the local dealer is helping you out as best they can.
