Nice Z06, 520hp even better. What do you think of the new ZO6?

fourfourto 03-08-2006 10:16 PM

Nice do they make the fender vents in black ?

KJS 03-08-2006 10:58 PM

Those aren't the optional chrome wheels. Did you have the standard wheels chromed or did the dealer? I know there is a company out there that will swap them for chromed ones.

Actually, that is rear wheel and before some other mods. I'm now pushing close to 675 HP at the motor.

I will be doing a turbo motor for the H3 soon, just waiting for the completion of the kit.

I don't care mush for the new Z06. Too much plastic and I particularly do not like the mud flaps. Nice performance though from the factory.

I believe they can be ordered in black chrome, but I would think you could get them just painted as well. The accessory guy (Andy) at Sewell Hummer in Plano had them done from a company in New York. Not sure what the policies are about sharing information, so shoot me a PM or someone give me the go and I'll post the guys info.

They are not OE, they are split spoke repro wheels (sold at the dealership). I pulled off a lot in my deal. I just got it back a couple days ago with my new brushed aluminum leather (inserts) interior. It's almost a dead match for the console and instrument surround clusters.

These were an option from the dealer, not OE.
