Is this option available with the H3? What exactly is this option? What does it do? How much does it cost? Can I get it installed after I purchased my H3?

I assume you mean the cabin air filter.
No, not available on the H3.
Don't believe there is one available via the aftermarket.

It is designed to filter the air into the heater/AC system. In my opinion, they are worthless since the minute you open the door or window, pollen and other things enter. (My opinion, some love 'em.)

I could see this option on a Mercedez but on an H3???? cmon..

Even my volkswagen had one of those. But I may need to agree with f5fstop, useless.

I agree, totally useless. You had better not use the sun roof either.
