But the seat backs definitely do not come down anything close to flat compared with other SUVs. The salesman didn't even try to persuade me otherwise. I was on the edge of a decision to buy an H3 for my business when I discovered that the rear seats don't seem to fold down all the away to allow a full flat cargo floor.
