Re: Under bumper Hitch options

I had the Drawtite hitch on my '07 H3 Adventure Pkg. It didn't need any change to the bumper and I never had a problem with it hitting or binding to anything - no damage to it nor did it hang up when...

Re: installing camera

If this is an OEM navigation unit, you can call PAC and speak with Jesse Armstrong www.pac-audio.com - they make a video adapter to hook a back-up camera to the OEM nav unit. I have it and it works...

Re: Upstate ny video/pics columbus day weekend

Private property - my family's. My grandmother and her 7 children (with their spouses) bought an old boarding house with 2 barns and 80 acres in 1963. My grandmother and most of my uncles and aunts...

Re: 2008 and Nav Radio

In your experience and that of the others with the test fleet, how long to see this problem surface? I have had the truck about 2 months and still all seems well.
Also, the nav antenna is currently...

Re: Alpha on the trail

You ain't kiddin - anything else wouldn't be as much fun. Fixed it with a sledge and rachet set and now nearly as good as new, but wearing battle scars - as it should!

Re: 06 Factory nav question

Yes it will work, but the OnStar and Nav volume will be very low and the radio volume will never be as high as with your stock single disc head unit. The amp in the Nav unit is 8amps and that in the...

Re: 2008 and Nav Radio

Just ran out to check this cause I put an '06 nav unit from my 07 H3 into my 08 Alpha. Telephone and OnStar worked fine-I even had OnStar run a diagnostic and they said it was working as it should....

Re: Great results from PCM for Less tuning . . .

I have put 1,600 miles on my H3 since the PCMforless upgrade. I have 315/75-16 BFG MTs with 35psi all around. Average highway mileage is 15.6mpg and back and forth in town is 14mpg. I drive back and...

Re: Great results from PCM for Less tuning . . .

I have a G-tech, will dig it out and happily lend it to you for that purpose if you want. Again, I am happy with my tune from PCMforless. :beerchug:

Re: Great results from PCM for Less tuning . . .

Add me to the list of happy PCMforless customers.

I am about as hard-a$$ed when it comes to performance tunes as anyone and more than most. Ask Superchips, Powerchips and Absolut - I have worked...

Re: Great results from PCM for Less tuning . . .

I agree 100%. I too had mine tuned for 93 octane gas, but the gang at PCMforless stated that i would have been very happy with the improvements even if I had it tuned for 87 octane.

Re: H3 underpowered?

The reprogram was $199 + shipping (I think that was about $15). I actually had them send me a loaner, sent my PCM to them then swapped back. Takes about 10 minutes to do the swap.

I put grill lights...

Re: H3 underpowered?

I recently had my PCM reprogrammed by PCMforless and after 4 days of driving with it, I can honestly say it feels like a new and more powerful truck - well worth the money.

Monsoon amp

I just installed an oem navigation unit in my '07 H3. Looks like I need a monsoon amp instead of the amp that goes with the basic CD/XM stereo that I took out. Volume is low for OnStar, Nav and...
