Yes, I did tell them that I was already a moderator here in addition to other previous sites on other vehicles. They still declined me.:(

I remember in my mothers old car when she would turn her wheel all the way left or right and moving during the turn, the power steering pump would make an awful squeal. Maybe this???????

One of the first things that come to mind is the throttle body unit. It may getting some kind of short thus robbing your motor of power it would normally get.

Another possibility is the accelerator...

One way to check that to see if its the incoming wires to the switch......

Strip off a tiny piece of insulation off of the incoming wire and do the same to the wire that it mates to on the other...

If the relay has been ruled out, move to the turn signal bulbs. You say that it only happens on the left side. Start with either the front or rear bulbs and replace one...

I would need a "laundry list" of each type of LED bulb and amounts so I could have it all in one box then start on one side of the rig and work my way around.

Well lets start with the obvious and work back. Your getting power because the turn signal light comes on and the headlights come on. No fuses...

They lift/pop straight up. There are 4 clips to each "intake". You'll see how they look once you get the first one off.
