I was lucky enough to get a copy of H2 Parts list from a member in the CHC Forum that I am also in and have enjoyed both places for information and all the things we all do to personalize our Hummers

Front Bumper is easy 4 Bolts, 2 under the bottom and 2 up top under the plastic plug caps and unplug the DRL Lights before you pull it away too far or beforehand.

Is it possible that the setscrew on the shifter handle is loose?
It is on the side facing the dash and has to be loosened to remove the shifter handle.
If not you can loosen it with an allen wrench...

I have the same early model tire carrier made by SMA on my SUT and I use a Master Brand 1/2" Hitch Pin that is the locking type so no one can take the pin or swing the carrier out without unlocking...

I am not sure of the voltage, but would think 12V as I have not seen 5V lighting other then in electronic components.
