Re: 4x4 of the year, what a joke.

Re: Watch out The Green Lantern is back!!!

I feel bad for Rachel! I wonder who at the dealership rigged up that parking show?!? Good way to damage a winch cable, but what the heck, its not their problem, right?

And does that winch mount...

Re: diesel

I'm holding out hope for a nice turbo diesel. I personally agree with the original poster, and feel a nice modern turbo diesel would be an excellent engine choice for the H3, especially if offered...

Re: Child car seat suggestions for the H3?

I'd second (or third) that. I did a lot of research for ours, and ended up with the Britax Boulevard (http://www.britaxusa.net/products/360_boulevard.aspx). I'd also like to add, keep them rear...

Let me guess, automatic tranny only, right? I would be curious about other changes to the drive line to compensate for the power as well, anything else you can offer up? Honestly still hoping GM...

Post Stock Headlights not so good?

My wife and I took a several hour test drive in an '07 H3 early this week. One thing we noticed was that the headlamps seemed terrible. To be fair, they were misaligned (drove around with the high...

Re: Pic of rev limiter gremlin...

I'm almost certain that he meant the speed limiter, but this brings up another point. 3,000 rpm at 110 mph?? What RPM does it turn at 70 mph? Must be an awfully tall top gear, given the 4.56 axle...

Re: Top Speed?

Looks like they are "Q" rated:

http://www.bridgestonetire.com/tireselector/index_bs.asp

"Q" speed rating denotes 99 mph as the maximum sustained speed.

Re: Luxury/Adventure package

I think what he means is that after he selects the Luxury Package in step two, there is no place to add the "Off-Road Suspension" package that gives the larger tires, locker, 4:1 low range, etc.. It...

Re: Which OPTIMA battery to use?

We don't own an H3 at this time, but either the red top or yellow top group 34 Optima should work out fine. You may also want to consider an Odyssey battery as well. Same concept as the Optima...

I?m holding out hope that around this time next year we will start to see turbo diesel H3?s hitting the lots as ?08s. I know it?s a bit of wishful thinking, but GM has got to be stupid to not even...

Question H3?s use NV Transfer cases?

Are the H3?s using the NV241 case? If so is it similar to the NV241 ?RockTrac? case that Jeep is using the Rubicons? Fixed yokes? Seems a shame there is no manual shifter for it. Thanks for any...

Why is Towing limit lower on Manual?

Okay,
So the Automatic is rated to tow 4,500 lbs, but the manual only 3,000 lbs. Same vehicle otherwise, so why the significant discrepancy in tow ratings? Is it because the manual...
