Re: Swing-away spare or roof top spare?

So I went ahead and ditched the swing away spare tire carrier. I have not noticed any degradation in handling or gas mileage, but I don't think either could get much worse than they were with 37"...

From the GM FAQ:

Re: How much oil does your h2 burn?

I'm pretty sure it is just a simple mileage calculation. My oil was pretty dark, but I only had 3,000 miles between changes (been riding my bike to work most days for the last 7 months), and the DIC...

Re: How much oil does your h2 burn?

I just changed my oil yesterday. It had been 8 months and 3,000 miles (miles are higher than that due to 37" tires). Put in 6 quarts plus a new filter. When I poured the old oil into the 5 qt...

Re: Swing-away spare or roof top spare?

Oh, and if I go roof mount and take the swing away mount off, I lose the D-rings (they are integral to the mount). Are there aftermarket rings that will fit?

Re: Are We All Fading?

Still around. Riding my bicycle to work now so the H2 sits all week and is probably mad at me. My wallet is happy though.

We did go camping a couple of weeks ago. I've been spending most of my...

Windshield Wiper Gremlins

So, we're finally getting some rain in Kalifornia and I start having wiper issues with my 05 H2. Every once in a while the wiper would just stop working when it was on intermittent. I have a short...

Angry Battery Dying, but okay????

I bought my H2 used in June of 2012 and it had a brand new battery in it. In August of 2012 I had the stereo going while parked at our campsite. The key was moved forward to "run" and within 30...
