Removal of parts

I need to remove the vertical black part on the back of the H3, just above the tail lights. I put some after market lights on it and I need to remove the whole thing, lights and all and replace them...

I have 49000 on the stock tires and the sidewall blew a leak. Glad it was sitting in the driveway when it went down. Need to get a good floor jack.

You could probably get some of your money back by selling copies of sections; wiring, lighting, part removal, etc. I could use a copy of the wiring.
