The latch mechanism was broken and had to be replaced. Next time I'll do it myself as you can access the guts by removing the inside hatch panel.

Exactly, I'm 6'5" and I don't enjoy the H3. I put off buying my H2 until the H3's came out so I could compare, but one test drive convinced me.

There's a lot more big UPS vans than Hummers running...
