thanks tomp for the simple tip on moving the cable hook to the outside of the truck hook I can now tighen the winch cable a little more and not interfere with the license plate. No rattle either.

mine has been making a noise. I never gave the tempature a thought , but it has been cold. It never did this when it was warm.

there are three wires off of the OEM switch.
A B C A=ground
B=accesories
C=12 volt +
I hooked up four Eagle Eye lights and used two OEM switches

I would check and see if there is a rating on the spare tire mount. I don;t think it is rated to hold much more than the weight of the tire.

that's $60 each, not a pair.Thats still $120 plus shipping. They have come down some but not a lot.

the switches are #88963885 & #88963884 one has an arrow pointing up for roof lights and the other has an arrow pointing down for grill lights.The electrical connector with the wires is #12101864
