40" x 3.1415 = 125.66" / 12" = 10.47166 feet in dia.
take the value and divide 5280'/ 10.471 = 504 rotations per mile
the value the ecu needs is the count per mile. so you have to do a little math.

you might try crossing the tires from one side to the other? if it follows the tires you found the issue.

I have never heard of using a button to reset the engine oil life indicator? I just turn my key to "on" with the engine off, and press the gas pedal 3 times then shut off the key. done.

The biggest thing a change in height effects is toe. it will seriously tweek toe. if you have the ability you can measure from the center of tread to center of tread and determine if its set right....
