I have the vizualogic dvd player and headrest monitors. I installed a heavy duty radio shack noise filter and made sure the ground conections were excellent from the start and still heard significant whine. I then increased the gain on the back of the fm modulator and that helped some. The real fix was to increase the volume of the dvd player using the remote to max volume (I didn't know the dvd player had a volume setting on it). Now the sound is loud out of the speakers at a low volume stting on the radio. It completely eliminated the whine and sounds great. If you turn it up very very loud you can still hear the whine, but I'm talking damage your speakers loud. In summary, the trick is to do anything that increases the sound volume without turning the volume knob way up. Good luck.
