I hate them too. Don't know if it is still this way but Kansas used to require a front tag with personalized tags but not a regular

Yeah kansas is still the same way, actually when i bought my yellow H2 in kansas it didnt even have the screws in the front. But missouri is the exact opposite requiring both for a regular tag but only one for personals and dealers.
