None of the hosting companies I use have unlimited but
GoDaddy offers virtual dedicated plans starting at 500 gig bandwidth starting at $35/mo and 1k gig bandwidth from $113/mo. I have never used their dedicated plans but have hosted a few clients on their servers and have been fairly happy with them. Might be worth checking out.
