I'm with everyone else.
Cranking the torsion bar to raise your truck 1" won't affect anything. When I had my Yukon, before I ended up with 12" of lift, somewhere in-between lift kits, I had squeezed another
1 1/2" by just cranking the torsion bars.
That being said, it wasn't until I had 155K miles on the original balljoints, tierod ends, etc, that I had to replace them.
Don't worry about it.
