That was Peter from San Diego. He is not stupid, because he wrecked a brand new Hummer, and his insurance company bought him a brand new Hummer. The agent who sold him the policy got his balls cut off by his boss and transfered to Sudan, his boss got one ball cut off and transfered to Pakistan. Those balls are hanging in the insurance company's lobby, every agent walks around holding and checking their balls and double the rate of all Hummers. Peter still has 2 balls and a brand new Hummer.
