Yes, it is still available, and I can give you one if you have already cleared it with the dealer that they will accept a GMID.
Just send me a PM with your email address, date of birth, and last four of your social security number. If the system is up and running today, I can get you a number today, if not, tomorrow when I get to the office I can get one for you. (System is some times shut down on Sunday for upgrades, and whatever computer people do to the system to keep it running
